The location was perfect with great dining options nearby. The spacious room and friendly staff added to the enjoyable experience.

Omg, staying near broadway was magical! 😍 loved the fresh starbucks coffee and bagels for breakfast. Room was cozy, though a bit small. Service was great, but the rude staff was a big boo. 😒

Thanks for a great stay, would recommend. I stayed here 5 nights and I loved it. The hotel had a magnificent location a short walk to Flatiron Building. The continental breakfast included fresh bread, pastries, muffins and fruit🙂

It was fairly clean and sublime place, had superb staff and location. The breakfast had lots of options, bread, fruit, muffins and pastries.

The hotel had great snacks and cozy coffee; the rooms were clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making it a special and memorable stay. They had large rooms, which was a big plus, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The only downside was the distance from the theaters, but as long as you plan ahead, it's the ideal spot for a NYC getaway! 🏨

Loved our stay, had quiet 4 days overall. The room was fabulous with a view of the empire state building, had wake-up service, that's cool.

The room we had was clean, had a comfortable bed, and offered a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for exploring different parts of the city. We especially appreciated the quick response to our request for a tea kettle in the room. Despite some minor noise issues, our overall experience was positive and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Came in New York City to relax and have fun, this low budget hotel was super base for doing it.

Spotlessly clean hotel, fresh made breakfast, the location is perfect really close to subway, train and lounge, restaurant. Polite staff team is with the manager.

The hotel's fabulous location between the Empire State and Flatiron is perfect for avoiding Times Square's rush. Our Jr. King suite had an incredible view of the Empire State building. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern, with thoughtful details like welcome snacks and coffee. The staff, especially Christian and the concierge, were exceptional and made our stay memorable – they even arranged a room change for a better view. The only downside was the need for room modernization, but overall, it was an excellent experience.

The hotel was cheap and the location was ideal adjacent to the subway and attractions, everything-public transport, restaurant. Silent & bright unit with coffee and great view, as example.

I had best days staying at this budget hotel. This place was fairly clean and had very good location and staff. I loved having fruit, pastries, muffins and breads in the morning.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with its close proximity to the subway, Chelsea area, and the port. It is very easy to get anywhere in the city by walking or taking the subway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful shower and full bathroom amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the concierge is very knowledgeable.

The blinds in the rooms do not completely cover the external window, which may cause some light to enter the room.

Our stay here was pleasant, wonderful base for exploring New York City. The room was reasonably priced. Late check out too. We visited restaurants and bars really close to the hotel. The breakfast was perfect and fine!

My wife and I stayed at Broadway Plaza for our honeymoon. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Manhattan's main attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and upgraded when available. The concierge attended to all our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel had a spacious and clean room with super comfortable beds. the view of the city skyline, especially the Empire State Building, was a bonus. the hotel's location was central, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Being close to public transportation made it convenient to explore the city.

The noise from the construction work and street lights coming through the blinds at night were a bit bothersome. the bathroom was a bit dated and the lower-level rooms could be noisy on weekends.

Lovely breakfast spread with coffee and tea available all day. Comfortable and spotless rooms with a great view of the Empire State Building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to everything.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the Flatiron District area. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for a hotel in this area, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. I loved the fact that the room had windows everywhere, providing beautiful views of the city. The amenities in the room, like the fridge and microwave, were a nice addition and added to the convenience. And to top it all off, the breakfast included Starbucks coffee and a selection of beautifully fresh pastries.

Although this hotel was great overall, there was one small area for improvement. The lobby space and breakfast room felt a bit cramped, which made for a slightly less comfortable experience.

Everything is what i need and want.

The hotel was beautiful and made us feel like we were in a super upscale hotel. Everything was very clean. The staff were polite, sweet, and helpful. It was quiet, with minimal noise pollution. The breakfast options were limited, but we appreciated the option to bring food to our room. The bed was a perfect blend of firm and soft, and the pillows were not overly fluffy.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Despite the ongoing construction in the lobby, the rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and quiet. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I especially loved the great economies and location this hotel offered.

Although there were a couple of minor details that prevented this from being a 5-star review, such as the lack of a fitness center and the elevator synchronization issue, I would definitely go back to the Broadway Plaza Hotel. I had a great experience and would highly recommend it to others.
